Bad service from Karibaa, taking people's money.

I placed an order on the 28th of Sep, got confirmation that the payment was successful via Payfast, but I have still not received any feedback or confirmation from Karibaa regarding my order. I've have tried to phone and WhatsApp several times, but just goes to voicemail and I'm unable to get hold of anyone. I've sent several messages on their Facebook page and messenger as well, but still no response. This is really bad service and they are steeling people's money, they should be shut down and not allowed to operate.
