Bad Service for Online Business

I only checked reviews after ordering somewhat silly of me, however I was just to exited to find The Ordinary Argireline and included some other stuff whilst at it.. Well the "other stuff" was delivered, however the most important order, the Argireline, I'm still to get.. The phones do not work and they do not answer my emails to them. 3months from purchase date and counting... KARIBAA catch a wakeup as your bad reviews are escalating.
