BAD SERVICE

Placed an order 6 WEEKS ago. Followed up on the order and got one reply to advise me that the order will only be delivered in 4 weeks. Now it is already 6 weeks later and they don't reply on any mails anymore. Their phone lines are dysfunctional and it is no use trying to get through. I want my money back but there is no way to get in contact with them. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM KARIBAA
