Bad Service

Ordered an item in July. It was supposed to arrive on 21 July but was informed there was a delay. I have since sent customer service 4 emails with no reply. None of their phone numbers work. I am very upset as I really wanted this item and it was expensive. Can't even get hold of them to request a refund. Will never buy from them again.
