BAD SERVICE

I placed an order with Karibaa over a month ago. They promised delivery already but nothing happened to date and now I don't get any response to mails anymore and phone lines just cut off after holding for about a minute. Requests to cancel my order and refund also not adhered to. BAD SERVICE. STAY AWAY BY ALL COST
