Bad Customer service

I placed an order and received a confirmation email with no reference number and the promise of a delivery for last week. The timing was important - it was for my daughters 8th Birthday present. I cannot get hold of them, their number goes to voicemail, and they cannot confirm my delivery date. The item was Ex Stock when I ordered..... Sorry Karibaa, but this is shocking customer service.
