Bad business

I am really appalled at the management of this company. A few weeks ago i wrote a bad review about Karibaa and after a few days they called to tell me they are sorry and have done the refund and please can i change my review on hello peter they even sent me some sort of refund processed proof via email. And now 3 weeks later i still have not received my refund. This company takes ur money and doesn not give u your order or your money back. I am certainly never purchasing anything from then again and i am beyond upset right now.
