Bad business and no comunication
i made online order on 16 March. Due to lockdown no delivery was made. I received mail on 1July and again on 20 July promising a refund within 10days. I received nothing. Phone call goes to voicemail. No email replies. I will never buy from them again. All possible clients think twice before using Karibaa

Upon checking, the parcel was delivered to last July 9, 2020. Are you not able to receive your parcel that's why you are asking for a refund? If you have the account number you can also send it here or reply to the email we've sent to make sure we are on the same page.
