Bad bad service

Ordered an item without reading reviews - very bad move! Really wanted the item but the delivery date keeps on moving, every time the same story... It was delayed, not realizing that's the story they tell everyone! Eventually got fed up and asked for a refund. At first I was told it will be done immediately, then I was told it will take up to 2 months and when I objected to that, I was told they are busy doing the refund and to date nothing, nada, zip, niks. How is this company still allowed to do business?? Time for Devi?
