Awaiting REFUND for over 10 months

I have Ordered some products last year August 2020, Order #***, in September I received only x1 items out of 4, I immediately called to request for a refund. I have been waiting for my refund since October 2020 up until this day no response. Their contact number does not go through. They no longer respond to emails. The last respond I received was this year February with a long apology. Since then no more response. This is a ***** company and I wish to alert everyone. I need my money BACK if can’t assist.
