Am being ****med

I bought books at karibaa. com on 06/04/2023. Before I even buy I phoned them and found a pedi lady from Tembisa. She promised me that I will receive the books within a month. I made a bank transfer of R1810.00. I haven't received any books till today, last time when I phoned I found a different lady saying my order its somewhere with the carrier. How can be that possible only when I asked... That's when I realized that am being ****med. Today on 16/06/2023 when I phoned its just an automated message, when I email it's also an automated message. Am being ****med. At least there is an ABSA account number for the investigator to investigate the ****mer.
