Absolutely terrible service!!!!

I placed an order on 26 August 2020. On 28 August 2020, I received an email, to state that the products were out of stock. I was promised a refund, to the same payment method used. I was then told, that I need to send my banking details (on 10 September 2020), as they are not able to process a refund via the original payment method. I sent them my banking details on the same day and have to date, not received a refund.

Absolutely terrible service. I have followed up multiple times and still do not have my refund. There was nothing on the website, stating that the products are out of stock - another flaw. All I want is my money back. It has been more than 1 month.

I will never place an order on this website ever again.
