ABSOLUTE WOST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE - NO INVOICE RECEVIED

Absolute worst service ever. Ordered my stock, eventually received but I have been requesting an Invoice for the goods for 2 weeks now, emails daily, not answer to telephone calls. Even threatened to return the stock for refund. One email response from customer service asking if I now received my invoice - but no invoice attached. absolutely the worst shopping experience ever!!!!
