Absolute ******

Ordered a deep fat fryer. Waited quite q while for delivery. When said article arrived the lid was smashed. That’s when the trouble started. I keep getting mails saying that my replacement will be dispatched at a certain date 12-19 Oct 2020. Then one that says it was dispatched and tracking number to be sent. To date no tracking number received. Latest mail says hope you received your parcel and please review us. Obviously customer care are told to fob you off with **** emails. Which by the way are very badly written. Please don’t buy from them they are a catch.
