I was disheartened to see that their are so many complaints exactly like mine because it seems that I will never get my book and can say goodbye to the money I paid for it. I ordered said book on April the 3rd 2023. It's estimated delivery date was April 17. It is now May 10 and still no book. I have emailed Karibaa and only received an automated reply saying they'll attend to my inquiry in 3 working days and . . . no response 3 days later, or any other day. I tried to call but was put on hold until after 6 minutes the call was automatically cancelled. If Karibaa do exist as a legitimate business then their customer service sucks. Are they legitimate?
