100% secured payment is a lie!

I placed an order in May and then in June when the item was supposed to arrive and hadn’t even been shipped yet, I logged a refund. Since then it has been me following up and begging for my refund. I’m a teacher who was retrenched and was ****med by this company with empty promises and ignoring of emails. All I’m asking for is a refund.
