Kariba payroll software doesn't deliver on promise

I am the owner of a accounting/payroll practice and was approached by Kariba Software to convert from my current payroll software product to Kariba payroll software. I was given a demo of the product and promised that the functionality is much better than the current reputable product that I am using. I was also told that Kariba will do the data take-on of all my clients for me. I purchased the software in December and from the start there were issues with the software. The installation took 2 hours, which was supposed to take 20 mins. Since I did the data take-on myself I encountered many issues like: system can't split take-on balance between RFI/NRFI, leave provision calculation is incorrect, leave days calculation does not ignore public holidays, telephone support consist of one person, ETI calculation on EMP201 report has a bug, many of the inputs like unpaid leave are manually driven which will lead to calculation errors. 6 working days after purchasing the software, I cancelled the purchase with them and asked for a refund. I did this telephonically and in writing and have to date not received a reply or refund.
