damaged car from faulty battery

spent 3600 on a brand new battery for my audi a4, in august 2023, with 25 month warantee,battery stopped working in november, and furthermore low voltage from battery has destroyed my park brake module, which will be 9000 to repair, my alternator has been tested by them and is perfect.i was left the whole of november and december without a battery due to apparently none in stock... i received a loan battery after much begging 2 days ago, only to find my car is now completely undriveable due to damage caused by your faulty battery.. highly unimpressed by your lack of accountability or willingness to help the many times i phoned for assistance on this matter
