Battery

Bought a battery with a 1year garintee on the 26/09/22 and never used it. Then took it back on the 10/10/22 without any marks on it just that it was not charged due to the fact it was never used. The manager refused to refund me and said he will only refund me once he sold the battery for R150 less than what I've pay.
