Kargo National - worst company ever

This is the worst company I have dealt with in the 24 years that my company exist! I tried to open an account with them - after many back and forths, as lady from their credit dept called me and ask for credit references for my company - I told her that I did list them all on my application. She then told me that I have listed my private references, to which I rep**** that that is not true - some of the references I have listed my company has been dealing for more than 20 years, in the name of my company. She then told me that she don't think that its going to work and ended the call. I send a letter of complain to the rep with whom I was dealing, as in the meanwhile they already collected my first consignment for delivery. She forwarded this to management and after 2 days she did not even heard back from them - she just now dropped my consignment back at our offices and I need to find another courier company, as she cannot do anything further - apparently management don't even answer her calls. The one star I am giving them is just because I can't give negative stars.
