Brand new rusted trailers!

I am absolutely shocked with the quality of your trailers! I bought my trailer in March 2019, I got the trailer back from Makro today. This trailer was send back to sort out rust twice within 11 months! in total I had the trailer for 8 months! Rust all over, twice you had an opportunity to sort it out. Twice you had the trailer without sorting it out.

Now Makro's manager is trying to convince me that it is surface rust, absolutely ridiculous, but taking in consideration that the trailer was send back twice, I assume this is just the quality of your trailers!

I will be lodging a formal complaint with the consumer protector as this is not acceptable!
