STAY CLEAR FROM ********* COMPANY!

I wanted to share my horrifying experience with Karen Robert Interiors to warn others about their ********* business practices.

She approached my company willingly to purchase items from my store. 3 months later she demands a refund because she apparently found the items somewhere cheaper. She even **** about apparent damages in an attempt to ruin our brand image. All items are quality checked before they leave our warehouse which we have video footage of. The people from this company are ***** and totally unprofessional. They continue to threaten, bully, and harass us relentlessly. They've even resorted to slandering us on social media. It's clear they do not respect company policy of offering replacements or credit notes.

Dealing with Karen Robert Interiors has been a nightmare, with daily harassment and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. My advice to everyone is to be cautious when considering doing business with this company. Stay far away to save yourself from the ordeal we've had to encounter. PLEASE NOTE A LEGAL CASE IS PENDING .
