No service at all

<p>First of all, I find the staff rude and not friendly at all. After told that my lenses will be ready i a weeks time (they will call me), I decided to step in after two week to find out that only one lense is ready. What does one do with one lense? Three weeks later and I still havent heard anything...</p>
