Bad service

My name is Jeanette Chidi, last year October I used Karee drilling borehole company for their drilling services,I paid R24000 and R11000 all in all R35000,for nothing cause I only pump 6 × 20 litres of water per day. Thynus came and drill the first hole and he left,when he came back the drilling rod stucked in the first hole,he drilled the second hole he came back after 5 days,he tried to flush water in that second. He drilled the third hole and installed pipes in a dusty hole saying water will automatically pump itself. I tried to be civil with them call them almost everyday, they promise to come back to me,until the reffered me to the guy called Einus,he also promise to attend my problem until they decided to avoid my calls.
