I am so disappointed in this which I thought was a good brand. I purchased the Flat Iron at the Foschini Store at Sanlam Centre Cape Town and paid R3000 for it. Just over a year and it has broken. I took it back to the Foschini store where the assistant put me intouch with the representative from Kardashian. Kardashian do not have any after sales or repair service, the rep does not know how to find a solution as her answer to every question is that she does not know.. She simply says mam we looked for your slip but could not find it we cant replace your flat iron. We have your R3000 but dont ask us for service as we are not capable of providing any service. Maybe R3000 is very little for some people but for me it was an investment. the cheap flat iron I bought at Clicks lasted 7 years but a Kardashian R3000 ?flat iron 10 times the price has a life span of 1 year. So disappointed that I didn't know this before or I would have got a GHD.

All I want is my Crock Kardashian Flat Iron to be repaired. to be assisted by someone with more than 1 brain cell and Kardashian Beauty to sell a product that is worth their price Today
