He contacted you and your response was disappointing, No guarantee, No exchange No refund, Not made for south african conditions . I honestly think you should reconsider. As your advertising is misleading. My son's wished to do more business with you, but definitely not with the business policy you have. P. S. This is definitely a dangerous defect on a brand new item that most definitely will cause bodily harm if not rectified, since gun powder is present.
