Poor customer service and stupidity

Today I went to a private hospital in Pinelands. I’ve been there many, many times. When I entered I was not issued with a parking ticket. Once my procedure was completed I got a voucher for the parking. I was at the boom when I tried inserting my voucher. I buzzed the controller and was told to insert my card, then the voucher. I told her that I was not issued with a parking ticket. I was told that the machine won’t make such a mistake and I must go back to the machine. I refused to go and the woman told me I could stay where I was as she would not help. I hooted and continued to buzz till a parking attendant came and we went through the same conversation. I eventually shouted that they are calling me a ****. The assumption was that machines are infallible and 2 I was a ****. Not the fact that why would I lie about a stupid R10 ticket after spending thousands of rands. Shame on you Karabo parking on your customer service
