Pathetic !

On Saturday the 12th of may I entered Dainfern Square (and ultimately my house) by taking a ticking at the station. I am a resident of The Paddocks and had bought a permanent access card which I should have used, but neglected to do so as I was on the phone at the time and therefore distracted. I work in a shopping Centre and how to take a ticket to enter my workplace 5 days of the week. When attempting to exit Dainfern Square (and ultimately my house) I realised that the access card said anti-passback. I informed the Karabo employee that I took a ticket by accident when I entered and as a result, I cannot to leave the centre. She insisted that I pay for the ticket so that I can get out. I mentioned to her that I refuse to pay for the ticket as I will not be changed to enter and exit my own house. I do have an access card, which I paid for, and presented to her, but she was adamant that I pay for the ticket. The Kabarbo employee called the security company on her to way radio to come to speak to me. I was instructed to go the parking office to resolve the matter. The employees (one being a supervisor) at the parking office again insisted that I pay for the ticket. I requested to her managers number and called Stefan to explain the situation. He politely suggested that I go to The Paddocks and request that they validate my card for me. As a result of all of this I spend more than 40 minutes being held hostage and was subsequently late to attend to a serious injury at my workplace. This because your staff are either eager to rip people off and are completely incapable of assessing the merits of a situation before demanding that I pay to get out of my own house. The fact that your staff had the audacity to keep my hostage is beyond me. I have never in my life seen anything more unreasonably and totally pathetic?! I have been staying at the for more than 3 years and have used my card diligently on every occasion when entering and exiting Dainfern Square. This is without a doubt the most appealing service I have ever received. I found your staff to be ***********, unprofessional and totally apathetic.
