Karabo parking poor service

Cnr Paul Kruger & Francis Baard str, they have 1 pay point, I was in long Q waiting for my payment to be processed at the exit gate, then I ended paying for 2hrs ticket because when I reach the pay point I had exceeded my hour by 10 min. The site manager Agnes was arrogant she could handle my frustrations better, she needs a bit of training on situational managerial skills. I reported the matter line manger of the site manager Rudy whom I am still waiting feedback as promised. I am not comfortable to pay extra for their incapacity to handle Q system. Remove the site manager if she can’t make decision & leave the machines only with guards.
