Dissatisfied client

Karabo Parking Tramshed, Pretoria. Could not find a vacant parking space and parked beside another car. Right next to the security guard room and no one cared to signal to where more space was available. Not a single guard on site. Went into the mall ant 40minutes later I found that my car had been clamped. Security guard escorted me to the office window where a lady by the name of Sharon demanded that I pay R1000 strictly in cash. She refused to give me a payment receipt for almost an hour. It was only after I contacted head office that I was given the banking details and I paid via EFT. she still refused to issue a receipt for a further 20 minutes. Her attitude was not good and she was not professional at all. Security personnel claim to have been on lunch at the time I parked my car (10:51) but they only reported it at around 11:30.
