Avoid using Karabo Parking in Pinelands Cape Town

I was unable to find my parking ticket during loadshedding and wished to exit. The staff on duty were unhelpful, insisting that I pay R35.00 for a lost ticket. When I reached my car I found the ticket and went back to obtain a refund. They refused saying " It is in the system now, there is nothing we can do". This is theft. I will avoid using their Karabo at all costs in future.Happened at Howard Centre
