Service and Hygiene

<p>As walking into the store Kara Nichas mkondeni Pietermaritzburg. I am not greeted by staff and the same person who attended to me didnt finish talking my order before rushing off to the back to make my order. Hands were not washed nor did he bother to put gloves on his hand. He proceeded to make my food with his bare hands while other staff members stood in a corner having a fat conversation instead of helping. I unfortunately cancelled my order. This is the second time that this same branch has given such bad service. I have called the head office and have had the wrong store call me . I explained wrong store and was told i would get the manager of the correct store to call me. That NEVER happened. I never see a manager in this store still the store has opened and the staff also look unhappy that they have to serve . unhappy customer</p>
