Poor quality, have to throw food away

I tried the Ladysmith one again today, this is what you get. Special sandwich has refried chips, Veda is hard with no taste, Puri Pata is Oily, the puri is soaked with oil. The chilli bites were oily, not right would appreciate if the franchise could send the Pmb team to show them how it is done.
