Pathetic

Poor service delivery manager Vee does not please customers at all. I purchased salty food to the value of 65.00 for the portion size and most of all the overall taste its pathetic to say the very least she forgets to put items in my packet then ignores my calls makes no effort whatsoever to get the items delivered to me and I go there twice after that and her staff are clueless. She as a manager should inform the staff that a customer will be there to collect the onus was on her to deliver it to me yet she says are you far from here, made it my responsibility to flippant go up and down for absolutely nothing. ****py food ****py service
