on the 9/1/2024 I went to the Ormonde branch at 6.50Pm and was told that i could not be helped as they were closing at 7.00pm,i fully understood I returned on the 11/1/2024 at 6.10 pm and again I was told that they could not help me,I asked for the manager as I now knew that they only close at 7.00pm after some back and forth I was helped.Poor customer service if a customer needs to bring to the employees attention that they should the glade to have a job.Staff override black manager on duty
