Learn to train staff

I am so disappointed in the bad service I keep receiving at the Chatsworth Unit 5 branch... You stand in the queue and even when it's your turn you still get ignored , I understand that the shop is always busy but learn to train your staff in customer service...I walked out after standing there for 10 minutes as everyone else gets served and I get ignored...
