Kara nichas Mkondeni

I was in the store in Mkondeni and there were about 2 people in front of me. I waited patiently to be served but i was ignored completely!!!! The people behind the counter continued to serve 3 people who entered the store after me and did not even ask me if i had been helped.

They staff are either blind or they just do not like serving white people. I eventually left the store without buying anything. I called their head office to complain and was told that the regional manager would contact me shortly to discuss what had happened, that was three weeks ago and still have not heard anything from them!!!!!!

I will never ever again go there or support them again, they do not know how to treat loyal customers.

Disgusted !!!
