Kara Nichas midrand -- fire all frontline staff!

Kara Nachas is a great concept -- great food at affordable prices but the staff at the Midrand branch are pathetic and useless. They seem to want to make you feel as though you owe them something. <br> <br> Mr Nicha would turn in his grave if he saw the service and attitudes of the people working at the Midrand branch -- they have atitudes that they are doing you a favour by being there. It is clear to see from their attitudes that they really do not care about people the staff at the Midrand branch are pathetic and useless beyond words. They seem to want to make you feel as though you owe them some thing and that you as a customer are second rate. They are ruining the Kara Nichas brand.<br> <br> If I were the owner I would set up cameras and record and then fire all the frontline staff for being condescending and exhibiting condescending attitudes towards customers.<br> <br> Good food, great prices, but I do not want to feel emasculated every time that I face these pathetic people -- I'd rather go to the Nandos or the Chinese next door -- at least they treat me like a customer! and they are ruining the Kara Nichas brand.
