KARA NICHAS LIVE STATION - DISAPPOINTMENT

Kara Nichas live station was hired for my daughters wedding. The person I was communicating with was Asheer. I did mention with him telephonically and in a formal written contract that they should be there from 20h30 to 22h30 and be situated in the area where the food is served where the guests can see them make the savory and sweet items. I had received permission from the hall management that i could use the area where the food was served at the place where they can set up

Due to my husbands and my commitments on stage we was unable to be there when they arrived and they went and set themselves up in the kitchen and not as we had discussed. When we did come off stage at around 21h00, we went to the serving area and did not find them anywhere in the hall. Their food items were just laid out and no members of the company could be found.

I contacted Asheer two days after the function to question as to what had transpired as the contract stipulated from 20h30 to 22h30 and a live station and not hidden in the kitchen area. He stated that i can do whatever i want and even publish our disappointment on social media.

I contacted Mr Bubloo, the owner of Kara Nichas and explained him my issues telephonically and by writing and the reply he gave me that he received from his staff on duty on that day was lies. He mentioned that my husband told them where to set up and my husband was on stage with me occupied in our ritual prayer and only went down with me when we finished at 21h00. He also mentioned that my daughter, the bride to be went and saw them but she was also on stage with us and she only came of the stage a long time after us.

We had hired a MC for the day and he came with his crew and was also doing the filming of the event. At the end of his videos he gives credit to the service providers. I did have a conversation with him a few days later and asked him if he did see the Kara Nichas live station. He stated that he saw none of the employees or any advertising of a live station so that is why he did not mention them on the credits of his video.

I am very disgruntled and feel cheated on the service delivery they offered and they did not keep up with the written contract agreement.
