Kara Nichas in Checkers Pavilion putrid service

It is with great disappointment that I send this message. I am absolutely appalled at the service at the Kara Nichas stand at Checkers Pavilion. The service there is completely nonexistent, I was there today and waited for over 10 minutes to be served while the rest of your staff in the food stall just looked at me as if they wished i would just go away! This is not an isolated incident, every damn time i come to checkers this happens. The staff there just don't care and need to be disciplined, after speaking to multiple managers they have stated that it was not the first time someone has complained about this department and i can assure you it happens there daily! Something has to be done there, i know that Kara Nichas is just "renting" a place there but these incidents are becoming a norm. I would like to know what you guys are going to do about this and how you are going to resolve the matter. Let it be known that i will also be trying to contact the head office and laying a complaint about this matter. There are plenty of staff hanging around and doing nothing while the busiest place is left unattended. This never happens at any other branch, it is just the one at Checkers Pavilion. That one branch alone is giving you guys a bad reputation. The management at Checkers even stated that because it is a Sunday and that means double pay thats why the staff is short at your stand, this is completely not acceptable as the weekend is the busiest time of the week. That logic doesn't make sense at all. Please sort out this problem or open a separate shop in the mall because I've seen many people leave this stall and mive on because nk one is there to serve people
