good food spoilt by dreadful service

The behind the counter staff at this branch need a kick up the backside. They are dreadfully slow and spend most of the time chatting away without paying attention to the customers. They will not help each other with an order and have no idea how to serve customers efficiently. Such a shame because to food and the Kara Nichas concept is otherwise excellent.<br> <br>
