Disgusting stale food from Kara Nichas Overport

i ordered twice on the mr d application from Kara Nichas in Overport,Durban absolutely terrible and bad service from this Branch the first time i left the situation as i said maybe it wont happen again,i placed an order for over R100 around 10am when the food was delivered the food was cold as it was the previous days food,the cheese and sweetcorn samoosa were soggy and cold,the vegetable breyani was terrible,had no taste and the rice was hard,if i comment on the rest of the food that i ordered it would be terrible,nevertheless i let it be,the second time i ordered a beans bunny around 10am,when the bunny arrived it was cold,the bunny was soggy there was no gravy,the beans was black and food had no taste once again it was stale food,this is absolutely pathetic service and food from a well known reputable company,i wouldnt recommended anyone to buy from Kara Nicha's overport they serve you stale and old food that taste terrible,i wonder how and were they get people to cook food like this,i would never ever support Kara Nichas Overport again,i felt sick tasting and seeing food like that and further more there is no email address that we can send a complaint to,we cant post anything on social media either,this Branch should be investigated and closed down so they dont do this to others and make us waste our hard earn money thinking we will get a decent meal from this place.
