Disappointed and dissatisfied

Very disappointed with the service that I received from the Kars nichas at the Phoenix plaza. My family and I stop there every Sunday after church because we enjoy the snacks and the curries. The ques are always long which is a good sign because you know the food is good so I don't mind standing between 15 and 20 minutes before I am served, which is normally how long people stand in the que. Yesterday was no exception, when it was my turn to be served, the called and I placed my order only to be told that the stuff was still being fried. I had no issues to wait. When eventually the stuff was ready and placed in the silver trays ,the lady who was attending to me....left me and went to finish up her previous orders which the customers were waiting for. Another lady called for the next customer who was behind me and took the stuff that was meant for my order. There is no system in this store and I will never go back there again.
