Complaint about an order

I've recently purchased potato samosa and a bunch of other items on Tuesday around 17:00 pm at the Chatsworth Rising Sun road and when I ate the samosa I had bite into a piece of cardboard. I discovered something chewy and hard and had a paper like texture. This is very disappointing as we are regular customers and would like some kind of feedback
