Tarra lace blue dress

I have ordered the tarra dress during black Friday and unfortunately I get hospitalized so I couldn't make the payment on time but the lady that is working on the reception by the name of Sheila keeps on calling me to finalise the payment so I end up make the payment on the 08/12/2017 after that I never received any tracking number when I called them they are making that there is no size so I fail to understand why the lady make me do the payment if they don't have my size on the stock after I cannot get hold of them I cant get through the number so I am not sure if it was a **** or what. I feel ****** of 930 by these people please help my order number was: KAP ********** ZA
