overni delivery not delivered after two weeks

On the 14th September I placed an order online at [URL Removed] Paid for overnight delivery. I received an email saying the delivery process will take 2 - 24hrs. Nothing happened. I called ***but no answer. Sent an email to [Email Removed]<br> No response as well. Can you please help me get my money back.
