Ordered 4 months ago- No Delivery/ No Refund

i ordered a dress at Kapsule on the 18 October 2017 at 11:01am... i paid through EFT, from then i have been following up, calling them they telling me stories, recentl, last week i asked for my refund. they sent a mail, confirming but until today it haven't been deposited on my bank. this company is full of disappointments, now, today when i call all their numbers are on voice mails....
