Ordered 2 weeks ago, no delivery, no contact!

I placed an order 2 weeks ago at KAPSULE [URL Removed] and got an order notification afterwards. I then made a payment via EFT and sent proof of payment to [Email Removed] for reference KAP351864. They have never acknowledged receipt of the email nor the payment. <br> They have never sent any notification that they will deliver on what date or anything of that sort. When i call their number ***, it is never answered. Im starting to think that this company is a ****....can someone please help!
