Non delivery of Shoes

I paid for 3 pairs shoes 4 weeks back and still no shoe has been delivered. Its impossible to get hold of them. Whenever I call the number just keeps ringing. One minute the tracking number they supply is invalid and kapsule still maintain is the correct. Kindly assist me
