Kapsule bad service

Hellopeter am Pateka Kondlo writing this review about Kapsule i ordered a jumpsuit in January 2018 order no KAP ********** ZA and full amount of R1600 was paid and to this day i have not received my order, numerous phone calls were made and emails were done with no success, eventually after writing on kapsule website in may 2018 i got a call from lady who is working for kapsule Tshego and she did a follow up of the order and after a month she finally got back to me and told me the order was delivered to wrong person and promised to make another order and courier it, a month passed before that was done eventually she called and said parcel has been issued, still to this day i have not received my order i have made numerous calls and whats up text with her she is not responding to messages and emails to the website there is no response...please help me with this issue
